Incorporated in the state of Delaware, MKK has its headquarters in Livonia, Michigan. While MKK receives the full financial and technical support of its parent company, it conducts its business here in the U.S.A. autonomously.
MKK was first established here in 1985 when it undertook, as principal subcontractor, the Mazda car assembly plant at Flat Rock, Michigan.
